BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. A valid phone number and email address are required to confirm bookings.

WAIVER REQUIREMENT
All guests must complete and sign our liability waiver before their appointment. A waiver link will be sent by SMS and email after booking.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By booking an appointment and providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from SENSEA Nordic Spa related to your appointment, including reminders and waiver signing notifications. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

CONDUCT
Guests are expected to follow all spa rules and staff instructions during their visit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SENSEA Nordic Spa is not liable for personal injury or loss of property except as required by applicable law.
