How to book and behave on site.
Spa conduct and rules

Once you exit the spa after check-in, you cannot re-enter

Food and beverages are available onsite, including vegan options, beer, wine, and cider
-
Outside food and alcohol are not permitted (exceptions for allergies with prior notice)

Be mindful that saunas, hammams, and baths have extreme temperatures, and essential oils are used throughout
-
Minimum age is 16 years and ID may be required
-
The spa operates year-round, though extreme weather may temporarily close certain areas
-
No smoking or cannabis use is permitted anywhere on site, including the parking lot
-
Pets are not allowed on site and cannot be left in vehicles; penalties apply
-
No overnight parking, campers, or trailers are permitted
-
Pregnant or breastfeeding guests should consult their doctor before attending due to heat exposure, essential oils, and physical exertion

Guests with scent sensitivities or severe allergies may find the spa unsuitable

Booking system opens 1 - 2 months in advance

Reservations must be completed online only

A credit card is required to hold your booking and is charged only on arrival

Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice; cancellations within 48 hours incur a $40 fee for spa passes and $80 for treatments

Gift cards are redeemable on site only, cannot be used for online bookings, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
-
RMT massages may be covered by insurance; esthetician massages are not, and there is no direct billing
-
Pricing is flat with no discounted rates for shorter stays
